This firm is simply a patent prosecution mill with poor quality of life for associates. They hide behind the idea that their billable hour requirement is low - 1900 minimum - yet associates are indirectly pressured to "self-cut" their hours to prevent being considered inefficient.

Many directors are unprofessional and criticize associates to other associates instead of providing constructive criticism and feedback face-to-face. Such practices are cowardly and extremely unprofessional for such a business.

A few very unprofessional directors single-handidly ruin the potential of this firm.
