This ranking factors in objective prestige measurements similar to those used by Vault.com . In addition, it seeks to balance prestige with an enjoyable work environment, where enjoyable is defined roughly as liking one's work, getting enough training, billing a reasonable number of hours and anticipating staying two more years. Enjoyable work versus prestige is weighted approximately 75:25.
